Duplicate detection process

It is too easy for users to not complete steps in the right order, when acknowledging duplicates. Your really need to have a wizard to guide users through the process, as users can click "complete" but without deleting the duplicate.

Agree the process is confusing. We have had to develop more detailed instructions, even then the process is still confusing.

suggest also for the use of the search function to check for documents in "duplicate review" status that in the resulting table the suspected documents are linked in a way or that the click on a document leads to the duplicate view. As it is, you have to do another search to find the suspected second version of the document to be able to decide which one to delete!

suggest that deletion of one of the duplicates also completes the duplicate query. Otherwise this query turns up in searches again and again with the problem already solved ages ago.
